While I am out of network, I will provide you with billing information in the form of a superbill that you can file to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate. This is in keeping with the No Surprises Act and will provide a general overview of the costs you are likely to incur throughout your course of care.
Since we are an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with an estimate prior to your first appointment.
