Meet Tina:
I am a licensed occupational therapist and certified trauma informed pelvic health practitioner with advanced training in pelvic health and biofeedback. I can provide personalized, trauma-informed care for women experiencing pelvic pain, leaking, and body-based symptoms that interfere with daily life.
My years of experience as an occupational therapist have also taught me the value of family-centered compassionate care. As a mother of two boys, I understand the balance act of family life and that helps shape my approach to making every client feel supported.
My approach focuses on how your body moves, responds, and adapts within real life activities - not just isolated symptoms—so care feels practical, respectful, and meaningful. Pelvic health support helps you feel confident in your body again and able to fully participate in the activities that matter most to you.
Ongoing education and evidence-based practice guide how I work, ensuring care evolves alongside the latest research. Services are individualized and function - focused, supporting participation, comfort, and real life goals.
